Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the eq27 platform. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and eq27 and sets out all the conditions governing your use of our services.

By using the eq27 website or mobile application, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. These Terms apply to all users — whether registered members or unregistered visitors. eq27 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, though users will be informed in advance where changes are significant.
It is your sole responsibility to read and understand these Terms. By logging in or completing registration on the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of Bangladesh and that you are at least 18 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and eq27 maintains a firm stance on this. Continued use of our services will be taken as your agreement to the most current version of these Terms.

Account Creation & Security
To register on eq27, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Only one account is permitted per person — any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, and deposited funds may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential, and you must never share them with any third party.
Verifying the mobile number or email address provided at registration is mandatory. eq27 may request a copy of your National ID or passport for identity verification at any time, particularly before large transactions. Failure to complete the KYC process may result in withdrawal limits or suspension. Use a strong password to protect your account, and we recommend changing it regularly.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. eq27 will not be held liable for any unauthorized activity on a user's account unless that liability arises directly from a fault in our systems. Transferring or selling account credentials is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
The eq27 platform may only be used for lawful recreational purposes. Any form of fraudulent activity, system manipulation, use of bots or automation software, or any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform is strictly prohibited. Users may not engage in any harassing, abusive, or unlawful behavior toward other users. Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or bug on the platform will be treated as a serious breach.
Users may only transact using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals via a third party's bank account, mobile banking number, or card are not permitted and will be treated as a violation. Any attempt to use the eq27 platform for money laundering or other financial crimes will be reported to the relevant authorities. Every bet or game must be placed by the user personally, for their own recreational use.
Eq27 will not be held responsible for any game or bet affected by issues with your internet connection, device, or network. In the event of a technical problem, you may contact our support team with appropriate evidence, and we will investigate every complaint fairly. You bear full responsibility for any decisions made based on information, odds, or results published on the eq27 platform.

- Use of bots, scripts, or automation software
- Use of third-party payment methods
- Providing fraudulent information or identity fraud
- Harassment or threatening behavior toward other users
- Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical weaknesses
Payment & Transaction Information
Eq27 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and supports popular mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are outlined on the platform's Payments page The limits are detailed there and are subject to change. Successfully processed deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes, though banking delays may extend this to up to 24 hours.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours and are subject to KYC verification. The withdrawal method used must match the method used for the original deposit — this is a mandatory requirement for financial security. Withdrawing bonus funds requires the applicable wagering conditions to be met, which are disclosed separately with each bonus offer. eq27 reserves the right to verify or delay any transaction as deemed necessary.
If you experience any issue with a transaction, you must notify our support team within 72 hours, providing the transaction ID and a screenshot. Claims submitted after this window may not be considered. Records of all transactions are stored in our system and will serve as the definitive evidence in any dispute resolution. Fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal claims will result in account closure.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

The eq27 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. eq27 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, third-party payment gateway failures, or internet connectivity problems. Any financial losses directly resulting from gaming or betting activity are entirely the user's own responsibility and constitute a normal risk of recreational activity. In no event shall eq27's total liability exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the three months preceding the relevant incident.
Intellectual Property
All content published on the eq27 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, odds data, and the interface — is the exclusive intellectual property of eq27. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The eq27 name and all associated trademarks are our sole property.
Third-Party Links & Services
The eq27 platform may at times feature content from third-party service providers or game suppliers. eq27 accepts no responsibility for the quality, reliability, or privacy practices of any such third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party service before using it. eq27 does not accept liability for any loss suffered by a user as a result of third-party content.
Changes to Terms, Account Policy & Governing Law
Changes to Terms
Eq27 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are significant, registered users will be notified via their registered mobile number or email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version of these Terms will always be published on this page, with the date of the most recent update displayed at the top. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Eq27 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: serious breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, providing false identity, operating multiple accounts, or suspected illegal activity. Where an account is closed, the process for returning any valid balance will begin after verification is complete; however, this does not apply to accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms. To appeal an account closure decision, please contact our support team and provide relevant supporting evidence. eq27 will review every appeal fairly and issue a decision within 14 business days.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between eq27 and a user will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts in Bangladesh. Users are requested to contact our support team before taking any legal action, in order to allow an opportunity for resolution. eq27 is committed to resolving all disputes in a fair and transparent manner.
